Peach and Kiwi Jam

The perfect peach and kiwi jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Peaches
  • 3 Pc. Kiwi
  • 650 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 Pc. Star anise
  1. Wash and cut peaches. Scald the peaches and peel them off. Then dice it small. Peel and dice the kiwi.
  2. Put the fruit and the preserving sugar in a large saucepan (the star anise in a tea egg). Cook the whole thing on a high flame for 4-8 minutes. If you want, you can chop the fruit even more with a pounder (in the pot).
  3. Remove the tea egg and pour the finished jam into jars. Close the lid tightly. Turn this upside down for 5 minutes.
