Ingredients
- 800 g Freshly picked mirabelle plums
- 200 g Freshly collected peaches.
- 50 ml High C Red fruits
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 1 packet Gelierfix
Instructions
- Wash and remove the pits from the fruits, then put the fruits in a high saucepan and bring to the boil with the juice until the breakfast is nice and soft. Now pass the fruit pulp through a sieve to collect the juice. Mix the gelation fix with the gelation sugar and add to the boiling fruit mixture. Bring everything to the boil for 4 minutes and put it in clean jars, put the lid on and upside down for 5 minutes, then put it in the cool pantry.
