Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Peaches
  • 3 Kiwi
  • 650 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 Star anise

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut peaches. Scald the peaches and peel them off. Then dice it small. Peel and dice the kiwi.
  • Put the fruit and the preserving sugar in a large saucepan (the star anise in a tea egg). Cook the whole thing on a high flame for 4-8 minutes. If you want, you can chop the fruit even more with a pounder (in the pot).
  • Remove the tea egg and pour the finished jam into jars. Close the lid tightly. Turn this upside down for 5 minutes.
