Croissant Noodles with Ham and Vegetable Mix
The perfect croissant noodles with ham and vegetable mix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 180 g Croissant noodles
- 150 g Ham cubes
- 1 Red Pepper fresh
- 1 yellow Pepper fresh
- 1 green Pepper fresh
- 1 orange Pepper fresh
- 1 Vegetable onion
- 15 g Ginger
- 150 g Cooking cream 7%
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt
- Coarse pepper
Preparation:
- Halve the colorful peppers first, remove the core and cut away the white skin … then wash and cut into small cubes …. Peel the vegetable onion and cut into small cubes … Peel the ginger and cut into small cubes.
- Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite …. drain and, if done too early, simply keep warm.
Ham and vegetable mix
- Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan … sauté the onions and ginger until translucent … add the ham and fry briefly …. season with herbs, salt and coarse pepper …. mix in the diced paprika …. fry briefly. … now deglaze with the cream and simmer gently for about 5-6 minutes until the diced peppers are cooked (with a slight bite).
