Mirabelle Peach Jam

The perfect mirabelle peach jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Freshly picked mirabelle plums
  • 200 g Freshly collected peaches.
  • 50 ml High C Red fruits
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 1 bag Gelierfix
  1. Wash and remove the pits from the fruits, then put the fruits in a high saucepan and bring to the boil with the juice until the breakfast is nice and soft. Now pass the fruit pulp through a sieve to collect the juice. Mix the gelation fix with the gelation sugar and add to the boiling fruit mixture. Bring everything to the boil for 4 minutes and put it in clean jars, put the lid on and upside down for 5 minutes, then put it in the cool pantry.
