Ingredients
 

peeled, grated:

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 300 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 1 Apple Elstar
  • 2 splash Lemon juice

to bake:

  • Rapeseed oil

Modification:

  • 100 g Chopped hazelnuts

Instructions
 

  • Peel the apple, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Dough :

  • Whisk eggs, add mineral water and salt, beat well, then add sugar & cinnamon and beat again.
  • Mix in the flour little by little, best with a whisk (lumps). Fold in the apple and raisins.

to bake:

  • Always put some rapeseed oil in the hot pan, then take small amounts of dough with a small sauce spoon and always pour 3 pancakes into the pan. Bake until golden brown, turn the 2nd side also until golden brown. Do not choose too much heat, otherwise they will be too dark.

Tip :

  • You can also eat it wonderfully cold if there is something left over.
