Ingredients
peeled, grated:
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 300 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Raisins
- 1 Apple Elstar
- 2 splash Lemon juice
to bake:
- Rapeseed oil
Modification:
- 100 g Chopped hazelnuts
Instructions
- Peel the apple, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Dough :
- Whisk eggs, add mineral water and salt, beat well, then add sugar & cinnamon and beat again.
- Mix in the flour little by little, best with a whisk (lumps). Fold in the apple and raisins.
to bake:
- Always put some rapeseed oil in the hot pan, then take small amounts of dough with a small sauce spoon and always pour 3 pancakes into the pan. Bake until golden brown, turn the 2nd side also until golden brown. Do not choose too much heat, otherwise they will be too dark.
Tip :
- You can also eat it wonderfully cold if there is something left over.
