Rhenish Herb Cheese

The perfect rhenish herb cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 potty Cream quark 40%
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Black pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 0,5 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 0,5 Chives fresh
  • 0,5 Parsely
  • 1 Lovage branch
  • Lemon balm leaves
  • 3 leaves Borage fresh
  • In addition:
  • 800 g Small new potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Branded butter
  • 2 Cocktail tomatoes
  • Onion strips
  1. Mix the cream with pepper, salt, lemon juice and oil in a mixing bowl. Chop the chives, parsley, garlic and lovage leaves as finely as possible and fold into the cream mixture.
