Turkey Pan with Tomato and Mushroom Sauce

- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 6 small Turkey schnitzel a`ca. 75gr
- 1 Onion
- 250 gr Mushrooms
- 300 gr Pasta
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes with herbs
- Possibly basil for garnish
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Peel and finely dice the onions. Clean and rub mushrooms. Halve the size mushrooms.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the schnitzel from the pan. Fry the mushrooms and onions vigorously in the hot frying fat. Add tomato sauce.
- Return the schnitzel to the pan, simmer for 2 minutes and season to taste. Drain the pasta. Serve, garnish with basil if necessary.
