Potatoes Wrapped in Bacon
The perfect potatoes wrapped in bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Pc. Potatoes- Only small / very small / Pro portion
- 150 g Backon bacon / breakfast bacon / 1 per potato
- 1 Rosemary
- Salt pepper
- Oil to fry
- Easy to prepare. Do NOT peel (peel) potatoes (predominantly veal) in salted water – do not cook until soft! Take out and let cool down. Wrap the bacon all around.
- Heat the pan, pour in the oil, add the rosemary and fry the prepared – wrapped potatoes in the bacon on top until crispy. Season to taste with salt and pepper from the mill. Fits all meat dishes or poultry as a side dish. This creates a different taste when the potatoes are not peeled.
