Alsatian Cheese Salad

- 400 g Emmental in one piece
- 250 g Meat sausage
- 4 Gherkins
- 2 Apples
- 1 Onion
- Oil, white balsamic vinegar, water
- Salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, tarragon
- Cut the cheese, sausage, cucumber and apples into equally thin sticks. Halve the onion and cut into thin rings. Finely chop the herbs.
- Prepare a vinaigrette from oil, vinegar, water, salt, pepper and the chopped herbs.
- Add the sticked ingredients and the onion rings. Mix well and let it steep for at least two hours.
