Elchipanzis Hummus

The perfect elchipanzis hummus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • Garlic oil
  • 2 tsp Sesame paste tahini tahini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground cumin
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 0,5 piece Lemon fresh
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  1. Puree the chickpeas with a little garlic oil. Stir in the sesame paste. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Squeeze half a lemon and stir in the juice. Toast some sesame seeds in a pan without oil and stir into the hummus. Finished.
