Elchipanzis Hummus
The perfect elchipanzis hummus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- Garlic oil
- 2 tsp Sesame paste tahini tahini
- Salt
- Pepper
- Ground cumin
- Ground cinnamon
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 0,5 piece Lemon fresh
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Puree the chickpeas with a little garlic oil. Stir in the sesame paste. Season with salt and pepper. Add a little cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Squeeze half a lemon and stir in the juice. Toast some sesame seeds in a pan without oil and stir into the hummus. Finished.
