Bread – It Couldn’t Be Easier
The perfect bread – it couldn’t be easier recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Original spelled flour, light
- 15 g Yeast
- 3 dl Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- Put the flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Dissolve the yeast in the 3 dl water and add to the flour.
- Knead the dough well until it is smooth and pliable. Then I put the dough in a long cake pan (30 cm). Let the dough rise twice as much in the heat.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 30 minutes. The bread is perfect if it sounds hollow when you tap the underside.
