Blueberry Flan

The perfect blueberry flan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Butter
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 400 g Blueberries
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Egg yolk
  1. Put the flour and cold butter in a bowl. Knead both. Add almost 100 ml of water and Slaz and knead quickly to form a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour until the dough sets.
  1. Wash the blueberries, sort and drain well.
  1. Roll out on a lightly floured surface about the size of the cake pan 30 cm. Then line the greased form with the rolled out dough. Brush the edge of the pastry with egg yolk.
  1. Spread the blueberries on the dough. Whisk the cream, eggs and sugar together and pour over the blueberries. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C. for about 25 minutes
