Zucchini Apple Cake

The perfect zucchini apple cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 dl Apple juice
  • 200 g Butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 400 g Flour
  • 200 gr Apple
  • 350 gr Zucchini
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 piece Free range eggs
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1,5 packet Baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy
  3. Stir in eggs, flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder
  4. Coarsely grate the peeled apples and zucchini, drizzle with lemon juice and mix into the mixture
  5. Fill everything into the loaf pan and bake at 175 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
  6. TIP: If you like, you can pour 3 tablespoons of apple juice and 150 grams of powdered sugar over the biscuit
