Raisin Pancakes with Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Handful Raisins
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Vanilla icecream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Vegetable oil
  1. Put the flour in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar, eggs, baking powder, raisin sugar and milk, and mix everything with a hand mixer to a smooth batter.
  2. Heat the oil in a small pan and fry small pancakes, let them cool down a bit, put the ice cream on one half of the pancake, fold the other half over, pour the chocolate sauce over it and serve.
