Mixed Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Chicken Breast

  • 2 Lettuce hearts
  • 9 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red Bell pepper
  • 15 Discs Cooked chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Balsamic cream
  1. Mix oil, water, lemon, salt, pepper and sugar in a salad bowl.
  2. Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir it into the dressing.
  3. Clean the peppers and dice.
  4. Wash tomatoes and cut in half.
  5. Cut the cucumber into slices or cubes.
  6. Put some leaves from the lettuce hearts aside, and pick the others apart.
  7. Arrange the set aside lettuce leaves on plates, place the chicken breast slices all around
  8. Mix the rest of the vegetables with the dressing, arrange in the center of the plate, sprinkle with balsamic cream and serve.
