Mixed Salad with Balsamic Vinegar and Chicken Breast

- 2 Lettuce hearts
- 9 Cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Onion
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 15 Discs Cooked chicken breast
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Balsamic cream
- Mix oil, water, lemon, salt, pepper and sugar in a salad bowl.
- Peel the onion, dice it finely and stir it into the dressing.
- Clean the peppers and dice.
- Wash tomatoes and cut in half.
- Cut the cucumber into slices or cubes.
- Put some leaves from the lettuce hearts aside, and pick the others apart.
- Arrange the set aside lettuce leaves on plates, place the chicken breast slices all around
- Mix the rest of the vegetables with the dressing, arrange in the center of the plate, sprinkle with balsamic cream and serve.
