Pepper Cream Schnitzel
The perfect pepper cream schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Turkey schnitzel
- 1 a cup Cream
- 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon Cream roast seasoning without flavor enhancers
- 1 teaspoon Granulated broth
- Salt
- Sear the schnitzel.
- Add the stock and pour in a little water so that the roasting part dissolves.
- Then add the cream, simmer a little.
- Chop part of the peppercorns in a mortar, add the other part to the creamed schnitzel.
- Season to taste with salt. We had spaetzle (see my KB) and salad with it.
