Pepper Cream Schnitzel

The perfect pepper cream schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Cream roast seasoning without flavor enhancers
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated broth
  • Salt
  1. Sear the schnitzel.
  1. Add the stock and pour in a little water so that the roasting part dissolves.
  1. Then add the cream, simmer a little.
  1. Chop part of the peppercorns in a mortar, add the other part to the creamed schnitzel.
  1. Season to taste with salt. We had spaetzle (see my KB) and salad with it.
  1. If the question comes up what I ate (grin).?. My beloved cheese spaetzle.
