Zucchini Pasta Pan
The perfect zucchini pasta pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Pasta (general) Macaroni without egg
- 2 piece Zucchini yellow
- 2 piece Zucchini green
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece White onion
- 5 piece Garlic fresh
- Black pitted olives
- Cherry date tomatoes
- Salt
- Gourmet pepper from my KB
- Basil
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside
- Sauté the onions, garlic, tomatoes and zucchini with salt and pepper
- Now add the pasta to the vegetables and mix in the halved cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and the black olives, let them warm up again briefly and mix well.
- A fine salad makes a nice meal
