Salad: Pasta Salad with Ibericochorizo

The perfect salad: pasta salad with ibericochorizo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pasta of your choice
  • 1 middle Yellow zucchini
  • 100 g Ibericochorizo, alternatively a very hearty salami
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 3 Tl Ginger chutney – RZ in my KB –
  • 1 El Lime oil
  • 2 El Grapeseed oil
  • 2 El Apple aperitif with orange
  • 0,25 Tl Wild garlic salt
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 El Finished pasta mix
  • Composition: rocket, tomatoes, basil, onions,
  • Oregano, carrots, garlic
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water as instructed, not too soft
  2. Wash the zucchini, remove the seeds with a spoon, I left the peel on, dice it small
  3. Cut the onions into small cubes, put the garlic through the press
  4. Cut the chorizzo into wafer-thin slices
  5. Drain the noodles, put them in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and let them steep.
  6. Vegetarians simply leave out the sausage.
