Salad: Pasta Salad with Ibericochorizo
The perfect salad: pasta salad with ibericochorizo recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Pasta of your choice
- 1 middle Yellow zucchini
- 100 g Ibericochorizo, alternatively a very hearty salami
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 3 Tl Ginger chutney – RZ in my KB –
- 1 El Lime oil
- 2 El Grapeseed oil
- 2 El Apple aperitif with orange
- 0,25 Tl Wild garlic salt
- 1 Red onion
- 2 El Finished pasta mix
- Composition: rocket, tomatoes, basil, onions,
- Oregano, carrots, garlic
- Cook the pasta in salted water as instructed, not too soft
- Wash the zucchini, remove the seeds with a spoon, I left the peel on, dice it small
- Cut the onions into small cubes, put the garlic through the press
- Cut the chorizzo into wafer-thin slices
- Drain the noodles, put them in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and let them steep.
- Vegetarians simply leave out the sausage.
