Caprese
The perfect caprese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pizza bread dough makes 2 pizza breads !!!!!!!!!!
- 1 kg Sifted flour
- 30 g Yeast fresh
- 20 g Salt
- 50 g Sugar
- 50 g Water
- Sesame seeds
- 1 Egg
Filling for 1 pizza bread
- 4 Fresh tomato
- 4 Mozzarella
- 4 Lettuce leaves
- 3 Discs Cooked ham
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Filling 2 for 1 pizza bread
- 1 packet Cream cheese
- 4 Discs Parma ham
- Arugula
- Knead all ingredients of the dough well until it is a no longer sticky BALL ………. but remember that the yeast is always made far away from the salt, otherwise there is a risk that the dough will not rise properly .
- When the dough is ready, divide it into 2 equal parts and form a 1 cm high circle on the oiled sheet (each half a sheet)
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled or triple its height
- Now brush everything with egg and add the sesame seeds
- Bake over medium heat until the underside is golden brown
- When everything has cooled down, cut it open and top it as you like … Put the top half back on top and cut into portions
- The second bread could also be placed on the next day
