Pizza bread dough makes 2 pizza breads !!!!!!!!!!

  • 1 kg Sifted flour
  • 30 g Yeast fresh
  • 20 g Salt
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Water
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 Egg

Filling for 1 pizza bread

  • 4 Fresh tomato
  • 4 Mozzarella
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 3 Discs Cooked ham
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Filling 2 for 1 pizza bread

  • 1 packet Cream cheese
  • 4 Discs Parma ham
  • Arugula
  1. Knead all ingredients of the dough well until it is a no longer sticky BALL ………. but remember that the yeast is always made far away from the salt, otherwise there is a risk that the dough will not rise properly .
  1. When the dough is ready, divide it into 2 equal parts and form a 1 cm high circle on the oiled sheet (each half a sheet)
  1. Cover and let rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled or triple its height
  1. Now brush everything with egg and add the sesame seeds
  1. Bake over medium heat until the underside is golden brown
  1. When everything has cooled down, cut it open and top it as you like … Put the top half back on top and cut into portions
