Dessert: Chocolate Mousse

  • 150 g Milk chocolate
  • 200 g Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 Cl Cognac
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Beat egg whites and cream separately. Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water and add a pinch of sugar, beat until frothy.
  2. Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk, then fold in the egg white, cognac and cream. Then put in the refrigerator.
