Dessert: Chocolate Mousse

- 150 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 50 g Butter
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 Cl Cognac
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Beat egg whites and cream separately. Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water and add a pinch of sugar, beat until frothy.
- Add the melted chocolate to the egg yolk, then fold in the egg white, cognac and cream. Then put in the refrigerator.
