Dessert: Healthy Avocado Chocolate Mousse

  • 3 tsp Raw cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp Pink pepper
  • Maple, rice syrup or honey
  1. Halve the soft avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp with a spoon and put in the blender. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until creamy for a few minutes. Pour into small bowls and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  2. A little eye-catcher are coarsely ground pink pepper berries on the mousse. Optionally, you can also drizzle some honey, maple or rice syrup over it. When preparing the cream, you can stir in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds at the end. Since these swell in the liquid, it is better to add 4 instead of 2 tablespoons of water.
