Strawberry Punch and Children’s Punch

Strawberry punch

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 1,5 liter Pinot Noir
  • 1,5 liter Riesling sparkling wine
  • 20 cl Cointreau
  • 20 cl Orange juice
  • Ice cubes

children Tea

  • 2 piece Limes
  • 2 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Lemons
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • 3 liter Mineral water
  • Ice cubes

Strawberry punch

  1. First, pour the Pinot Noir into a glass bowl. Clean and halve the strawberries; you can leave the little ones completely. Add the orange liqueur and cover in a cool place for 24 hours.
  2. After this time, refine the punch with a dash of orange juice and add ice cubes. Fill the whole thing up with very cold Riesling sparkling wine.

children Tea

  1. For the children’s punch, put one liter of cold mineral water in a punch container. Cut the cucumber, lemons and limes into slices and add to the water. The punch is cooled further with lots of ice cubes and topped up with the remaining mineral water. Then add the herbs.
  2. Let the punch cool and steep for another hour.
