Strawberry-banana-kiwi Jam

The perfect strawberry-banana-kiwi jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 250 g Bananas
  • 250 g Kiwi fresh
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 500 g Stevia gelatin sugar
  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, peel the bananas and kiwi, cut everything into a saucepan and puree. I left a few pieces of fruit in there – that’s how man likes it.
  2. Gelier sugar, pulp of the scraped-out vanilla pod with the lemon juice, add everything to the purée, stir everything well. I like to cook the scraped-out pod with it, give it even more flavor and then take it out again at the end.
  3. Now put the pot on the stove, bring the jam to the boil and then boil it for 4 minutes while stirring constantly – make a gel test on a plate that I put in the fridge beforehand.
  4. If the jam is jelly, fill it into clean jars – put the lid on it and turn it upside down for 5 minutes, then turn it over again and let it cool.

TIP

  1. To get the jam clean into the jars, I pour it into a measuring cup so that the jars can be easily filled without a funnel.
