Strawberry-banana-kiwi Jam
The perfect strawberry-banana-kiwi jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Strawberries
- 250 g Bananas
- 250 g Kiwi fresh
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 Lemon juice
- 500 g Stevia gelatin sugar
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, peel the bananas and kiwi, cut everything into a saucepan and puree. I left a few pieces of fruit in there – that’s how man likes it.
- Gelier sugar, pulp of the scraped-out vanilla pod with the lemon juice, add everything to the purée, stir everything well. I like to cook the scraped-out pod with it, give it even more flavor and then take it out again at the end.
- Now put the pot on the stove, bring the jam to the boil and then boil it for 4 minutes while stirring constantly – make a gel test on a plate that I put in the fridge beforehand.
- If the jam is jelly, fill it into clean jars – put the lid on it and turn it upside down for 5 minutes, then turn it over again and let it cool.
TIP
- To get the jam clean into the jars, I pour it into a measuring cup so that the jars can be easily filled without a funnel.
