Mince Mustard Soup

The perfect mince mustard soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 small can Chopped tomatoes
  • 200 ml Tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Corn cooked
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard hot
  • 2 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried chilli
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic to the minced meat and sauté everything.
  3. Add the tomato pieces, tomato juice, tomato paste stock and the peeled potatoes cut into cubes.
  4. Bring everything to the boil and then cook for about 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
  5. Now add the corn and heat briefly, season with mustard, honey, salt, pepper and chilli to taste.
  6. Now serve the soup on a plate with a little sour cream – Bon appetit; 🙂
