BBQ Burger Italian
The perfect bbq burger italian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Ciabatta
- 800 g Ground beef
- 1 piece Paprika
- 2 piece Mozzarella
- 200 g Arugula
- 200 g Parma ham
- 150 ml Tomato sauce
- Pizza seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and pizza seasoning and shape into a flat meatball. Grill on both sides for 3 minutes on both sides. Melt the mozzarella on the burger.
- Cut open the ciabatta bread and brush with tomato sauce, add rocket and place the grilled meat with melted mozzarella, paprika strips and Parma ham on top. Brush the top half of the bread with tomato sauce and attach it to the burger with a stick.
