Ingredients
- 4 Sesame burger bun
- 800 g Minced meat
- 2 Tomatoes
- 150 ml Tzaziki
- 12 Olives
- 1 Onion
- 8 sheet Salad
- 100 g Feta
- Minced meat seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
- Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and minced meat seasoning and shape into a flat meatball. Grill on both sides for 3 minutes on both sides.
- Cut open the sesame bun and briefly toast the inside. Brush both halves with tsatziki, place the grilled meat on the lower half and cover with tomatoes, onions, olive slices, feta cubes and lettuce leaves. Attach the top half of the bread to the burger with a stick.
