BBQ Burger Greek

The perfect bbq burger greek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Sesame burger bun
  • 800 g Minced meat
  • 2 piece Tomatoes
  • 150 ml Tzaziki
  • 12 piece Olives
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 8 sheet Salad
  • 100 g Feta
  • Minced meat seasoning
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  1. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and minced meat seasoning and shape into a flat meatball. Grill on both sides for 3 minutes on both sides.
  2. Cut open the sesame bun and briefly toast the inside. Brush both halves with tsatziki, place the grilled meat on the lower half and cover with tomatoes, onions, olive slices, feta cubes and lettuce leaves. Attach the top half of the bread to the burger with a stick.
