- 500 g Turkey breast
- 300 g Potato
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs, flour, salt, garlic powder, oil
- Cut turkey breast into small schnitzel, turn salt and pepper in flour, stir in beaten egg, seasoned with salt and garlic powder and then turn in breadcrumbs.
