Ingredients

  • 8 Pork minute steaks
  • 1 kg Onions
  • 0,5 kg Potatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, hot rose paprika, oil, soy sauce
  • Grated Emmental

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes, quarter them and place in a bowl. Add a few drops of oil and the spices and mix everything well. Cook at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 - 45 minutes.
  • Peel the onions and cut into rings and fry until they are golden yellow. Add a little hot rose pepper and soy sauce.
  • Put the fried onions in a baking dish. Season the minute steaks with salt, pepper and rose paprika, sauté them and place them on the onions. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and place in the oven until the cheese has melted and is golden yellow. Fry eggs from the eggs and place on the cheese. Instead of the homemade potato wedges, french fries and bread are also suitable as a side dish. Superkochhasi wishes you a good appetite 🙂
