Tagliatelle in Wild Garlic Sauce

  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 30 leaves Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Milk or cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Cherry date tomatoes
  1. Peel the garlic and chop it in a pan with hot oil.
