Ingredients
- 300 g Tagliatelle
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 30 leaves Wild garlic fresh
- 1 Spring onion
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 ml Milk or cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Peel the garlic and chop it in a pan with hot oil.
- Wash and dry the wild garlic - cut into small pieces and add to the garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese and add the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper - bring everything to the boil
- Add the cooked pasta with a little pasta water - season again to taste and finally add the halved tomatoes.
- Arrange on a plate and if you want, you can slice some Parmesan over it.
- I also made chicken breast with breadcrumbs for men - because he always needs some meat
