Tagliatelle in Wild Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 30 leaves Wild garlic fresh
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Milk or cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the garlic and chop it in a pan with hot oil.
  • Wash and dry the wild garlic - cut into small pieces and add to the garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream cheese and add the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper - bring everything to the boil
  • Add the cooked pasta with a little pasta water - season again to taste and finally add the halved tomatoes.
  • Arrange on a plate and if you want, you can slice some Parmesan over it.
  • I also made chicken breast with breadcrumbs for men - because he always needs some meat
