Ham and Cheese Sticks

The perfect ham and cheese sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Puff pastry roll
  • 80 g Parma ham
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Dust the puff pastry lightly with paprika and cut the ham and Parmesan into 2cm wide strips. Spread the Parmesan on the puff pastry and cover with the ham. Then cut the dough into strips and twist it around until you have a spiral.
  2. Bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Add a cold beer and keep your fingers crossed for the favorite German team. The spirals are also delicious as a side dish to a soup
