Braised Chicken Legs in Buttermilk
The perfect braised chicken legs in buttermilk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 St Chicken legs
- 2 St Onions
- 2 tbsp Vegeta
- 1 tbsp Dried thyme
- 2 tsp Curry
- Saffron threads
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 500 ml Buttermilk
- 250 g Chow Mein Noodels
- Separate thighs from lower legs, wash, pat dry, set aside.
- Dice the onions and sauté in plenty of cooking oil. Add the chicken legs and fry well on all sides.
- Add vegeta, thyme, curry, saffron threads.
- When the meat is seared on all sides, deglaze with the buttermilk.
- Now gently simmer for about 60 minutes.
- Chow Prepare my noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
- Mix the flour with water, add to the sauce and reduce again. Finished.
