- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 500 g Quark Vanilla from Exquisa 0.2% fat
- 4 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
- 4 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
- 10 ml Sweetener is equivalent to 200g of sugar
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- Separate the 4 eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the low-fat quark, vanilla quark, egg yolk, pudding powder, semolina, sweetener, baking powder and lemon juice well with a whisk. Carefully fold the beaten egg white into the curd mixture.
- Put the entire mixture in a cake tin approx. 24 cm in diameter and bake at 150 ° C for about 50 minutes.
