  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 500 g Quark Vanilla from Exquisa 0.2% fat
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 4 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
  • 10 ml Sweetener is equivalent to 200g of sugar
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  1. Separate the 4 eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Mix the low-fat quark, vanilla quark, egg yolk, pudding powder, semolina, sweetener, baking powder and lemon juice well with a whisk. Carefully fold the beaten egg white into the curd mixture.
  3. Put the entire mixture in a cake tin approx. 24 cm in diameter and bake at 150 ° C for about 50 minutes.
