Ingredients
 

  • For the dough:
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 135 g Semi-Fat margarine
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 6 Apples, depending on the size
  • -
  • For the sprinkles:
  • 100 g Semi-Fat margarine
  • 230 g Flour
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • For the dough, beat the sugar, margarine and egg until frothy. Mix in the flour, baking powder, almonds and cinnamon powder.
  • Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover generously with peeled apples cut into strips.
  • For the crumble: knead the margarine, flour, sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla sugar into crumble and spread on the cake. If you like the streusel particularly sweet, you can also mix a few drops of liquid sweetener with the dough.
  • Put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 160 ° C, middle rail. Enjoy your meal 🙂
