Ingredients
- For the dough:
- 90 g Sugar
- 135 g Semi-Fat margarine
- 4 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Chopped almonds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 6 Apples, depending on the size

- For the sprinkles:
- 100 g Semi-Fat margarine
- 230 g Flour
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- For the dough, beat the sugar, margarine and egg until frothy. Mix in the flour, baking powder, almonds and cinnamon powder.
- Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover generously with peeled apples cut into strips.
- For the crumble: knead the margarine, flour, sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla sugar into crumble and spread on the cake. If you like the streusel particularly sweet, you can also mix a few drops of liquid sweetener with the dough.
- Put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 160 ° C, middle rail. Enjoy your meal 🙂
