Banana Chocolate Buttermilk Muffins
The perfect banana chocolate buttermilk muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 150 g Brown sugar
- 100 ml Oil
- 125 ml Buttermilk, or milk
- 200 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Msp Baking soda
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- 3 Pc. Bananas
- Whisk the egg, sugar and oil well on the highest setting. Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and baking soda and briefly stir in alternately with the buttermilk on a low level. Only until all the ingredients have combined.
- Mash the bananas with a fork and finally fold them into the batter. Spread the dough on muffin molds and bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for approx. 25 – 30 minutes.
- If you like, cover the muffins with chocolate icing.
