Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Flour
  • 80 g Cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Melted butter
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 Pc. Bananas
  • 150 g Chopped chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix all dry ingredients (except for the chocolate) in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl as well, then pour both together. Add half of the chopped chocolate and only stir together with a wooden spoon or whisk, if everything is stirred together briefly by hand, the muffins will be very, very tasty and fluffy! Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins. Fill the molds 3/4 full - and put them in the oven. Bake for about 18-20 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on the dough 10 minutes before the end of the baking time. Have fun 🙂
