Pasta Salad Ala Andrea!

- 6 tablespoon Miracel – Whip Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 500 g Fork spaghetti
- 1 Can Peas approx. 280g drained weight
- 500 g Gouda cheese
- 325 g Meat sausage
- 3 Red apples
- 1 glass Pickled cucumbers approx. 360g drained weight
- 3 Glasses or cans Sliced mushrooms
- 3 Bowl Meat salad a. 250 g
- 3 Cooked Eggs
- Salt and pepper as desired
- Boil fork spaghetti and eggs. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper with a wooden spoon. Put the forked spaghetti in a colander under cold running water and let it drain. Then stir the fork spaghetti into the sauce. Drain the peas and stir in as well. Cut the cheese, sausage, apples and cucumber into small cubes. Add again. Drain the mushrooms and give them. Mix everything in well. Using an egg cutter, cut the eggs lengthways and crossways over the amount. Pour the meat salad over it and mix everything well. Garnish with eggs and parsley if necessary.
