Bread Mince Casserole
The perfect bread mince casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 piece Diced carrots
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 2 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 tsp Maggi
- 2 pinch Sugar
- 1 whole White bread
- 1 Handful Grated Emmental
- Fry the minced meat together with the diced carrots and onions.
- When the mince is well seared, add tomato paste and Maggi to taste.
- If the tomato paste turns a little sour or salty, add sugar to taste. As required!
- Cut the white bread crosswise and hollow it out. Then fill the mince in the bread.
- If you don’t have the mince, just mix it together to make side dishes, just like I did with rice.
- Of course you can also mix a lot more vegetables such as peas, leeks, peppers … etc with the carrots in the mince. Rub cheese over it and leave for about 15min. in the oven (until cheese melts) at approx. 150 degrees – ‘An Guadn! –
