Protein Salad – Low Carb

The perfect protein salad – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Arugula
  • 5 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 100 g Cooked ham
  1. Bring the water to the boil in the pot.
  2. Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar to the water.
  3. Beat the egg in a cup, carefully pour it into the boiling vinegar water and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the remaining vinegar with oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Cut the ham into strips.
  6. Mix the rocket, ham and dressing together.
  7. Take the egg out of the water and add it to the salad.
  8. Chop a little chives and garnish with the salad.
