Protein Salad – Low Carb
The perfect protein salad – low carb recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Arugula
- 5 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 100 g Cooked ham
- Bring the water to the boil in the pot.
- Add 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar to the water.
- Beat the egg in a cup, carefully pour it into the boiling vinegar water and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the remaining vinegar with oil, salt and pepper.
- Cut the ham into strips.
- Mix the rocket, ham and dressing together.
- Take the egg out of the water and add it to the salad.
- Chop a little chives and garnish with the salad.
