Cod Fillet with Onion Vegetables and Peppers Cooked in Oven

The perfect cod fillet with onion vegetables and peppers cooked in oven recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cod fillet
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Onion red
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Dried marjoram
  • 1 pinch Thyme freeze dried
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Clean and cut the vegetables and mix with herbs.
  2. Place a sheet of parchment paper in a baking dish. Place the fish on top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and spread the vegetables over it.
  3. Fold the excess baking paper over the whole thing and weigh it down with a small bowl filled with water. Cook in the oven at 150 ° C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
