Blueberry Triffle

The perfect blueberry triffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 glass Blueberry jam
  • 125 g Blueberries fresh
  • 500 g Blueberry curd or yogurt
  • 6 Pc. Caramel biscuits
  • 1 bottle Rama creme fine for whipping
  • 1 piece Dark chocolate
  1. Crumble one biscuit at a time into a 250 ml mason jar and cover with two tablespoons of blueberries. Spread three tablespoons of blueberry quark or yoghurt on top. Then add three tablespoons of blueberry jam.
  2. Layer blueberry jam and blueberry quark and blueberries alternately in the jars until the jars are 3/4 full.
  3. Then whip the Creme Fine until stiff and use the piping bag as a topping.
  4. Rub the dark chocolate onto the cream.
