Blueberry Triffle
The perfect blueberry triffle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 glass Blueberry jam
- 125 g Blueberries fresh
- 500 g Blueberry curd or yogurt
- 6 Pc. Caramel biscuits
- 1 bottle Rama creme fine for whipping
- 1 piece Dark chocolate
- Crumble one biscuit at a time into a 250 ml mason jar and cover with two tablespoons of blueberries. Spread three tablespoons of blueberry quark or yoghurt on top. Then add three tablespoons of blueberry jam.
- Layer blueberry jam and blueberry quark and blueberries alternately in the jars until the jars are 3/4 full.
- Then whip the Creme Fine until stiff and use the piping bag as a topping.
- Rub the dark chocolate onto the cream.
