Spaghetti Meatballs

  • 250 g Spaghetti
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Bun
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 0,5 piece Freshly cut onion into cubes
  • 500 ml Tomato pulp as desired or without
  • Salt and pepper as needed
  • 3 sheet Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  1. 1. We start with the tomato sauce, we need a saucepan or a high pan Can also be a wock, we let the vessel warm up and then we add the olive oil. then when the oil is warm we add the onion and let it sweat until golden brown. when the onion is sweaty then season the tomato pulp with salt pepper and add a glass of water. While the tomato sauce is boiling, we make the meatballs. First we soak the bun in water. We put the minced meat in a matching bowl and add the eggs and salt and pepper and if you want, you can add kreuter when the roll is soaked, press it well and add it to the minced meat. then knead everything together well and make meatballs out of it. when the tomato sauce boils add the meatballs and add some water. We let the whole thing cook for an hour with the lid on, and if the sauce is too reduced, always add some water and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Cooking and serving as spaghetti
