Banana and Orange Salad on Cinnamon Yogurt

- 2 Banana fresh
- 1 Orange
- 3 tbsp Orange juice
- 600 g Yogurt
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 4 tsp Cereal
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- 50 g Dates
- For the salad, peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Peel the orange so that the white skin is also removed. Cut the orange first into slices then into quarters. Cut the dates into small pieces. Mix the fruit pieces and dates in a bowl. Mix orange juice with honey and pour over the fruit pieces. Mix the ingredients carefully.
- For the cinnamon yoghurt, mix the yoghurt with the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Divide the yogurt between 4 dessert bowls. Spread the fruit salad on the yogurt and sprinkle with pistachios
