Tiramisu Raspberry Amarettini
The perfect tiramisu raspberry amarettini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Himbberen TK
- 500 g Mascarpone
- 500 g Whipped cream
- 150 g Powdered sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Amarettini
- 2 Pc. Juice of about 2 lemons
- Thaw 1 raspberries and puree. 2- Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar around vanilla sugar and lemon juice and fold in the whipped cream (taste it, I prefer it a little sweeter) 3-Crumble amarettinis (leave them a little bigger, stay crispy for longer) 4- I layered the glasses like this: Amarettini- Mascarpone raspberries …. decorate the whole thing 2 times as you like. Put the glasses in the refrigerator about 2 hours before serving
