Spicy Filled Easter Biscuits

The perfect spicy filled easter biscuits recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Soft butter
  • 1 Egg
  • Some salt, pepper
  • 50 g Ground almonds

For the dip

  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 3 El. Seldom
  • 0,5 Onion
  • Pepper salt,
  • 1 Handful of herbs to taste
  1. Put the flour, softened butter, egg, salt, pepper and ground almonds in a bowl.
  2. Knead with the dough hook for about 8 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough into a ball and put it in cling film to cool in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
  4. Then roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface with cookie cutters, cut out butterflies, rabbits etc.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
  6. Let the pastries cool down.
  7. For the filling:
  8. Mix the cream cheese with Selter, season with salt, pepper, chopped onions and herbs.
  9. Spread on the Easter biscuits and serve.
