Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- Some salt, pepper
- 50 g Ground almonds
For the dip
- 300 g Cream cheese
- 3 tbsp Seldom
- 0,5 Onion
- Pepper salt,
- 1 Handful of herbs to taste
Instructions
- Put the flour, softened butter, egg, salt, pepper and ground almonds in a bowl.
- Knead with the dough hook for about 8 minutes.
- Knead the dough into a ball and put it in cling film to cool in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface with cookie cutters, cut out butterflies, rabbits etc.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
- Let the pastries cool down.
- For the filling:
- Mix the cream cheese with Selter, season with salt, pepper, chopped onions and herbs.
- Spread on the Easter biscuits and serve.
