Ingredients
- 3 Potato
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 Red pointed peppers
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 3 Spring onion
- 3 pair of Sacher sausages
- 3 pair of Vegeta spice
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp Parsely
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt and pepper

- Peel the potatoes - cut all the vegetables into large pieces - cut the sausages into small slices
preparation
- First of all, roast the potatoes (they cook a little longer than the other vegetables) in clarified butter - then pour the vegetable stock on top - season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for a few minutes
- while roasting the zucchini and peppers in another pot - when the potatoes are almost soft, add the zucchini / peppers to the pot - then the spring onions and the sausage slices are roasted in the pan - they also come in afterwards season the vegetable pot - with salt, pepper, vegeta
Burn-in
- 1 Melt a large tablespoon of butter in the pan and sweat a weak tablespoon of flour in it - then add a little vegetable stock from the vegetable pot - let it simmer briefly and stir well - then burn it in the vegetable pot and stir well
